Terms of SERVICE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BurnProps platform and services (the "Service") operated by BurnProps LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("BurnProps," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
BurnProps provides a points-based rewards service for traders who sign up for proprietary trading firm accounts through our referral links. We earn commissions from prop trading firms and share a portion of these commissions with you as points rewards.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To use our Service, you must:
- •Be at least 18 years old
- •Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- •Not be a proprietary trading firm, employee of a proprietary trading firm, or acting on behalf of a proprietary trading firm
- •Provide accurate and complete registration information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
4.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
4.2 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3 You may not:
- •Create multiple accounts
- •Share your account with others
- •Use another person's account
- •Provide false or misleading information
5. POINTS PROGRAM
5.1 Earning Points: You earn points when you sign up for a proprietary trading firm account using our designated referral links and meet all requirements.
5.2 Tracking: We use cookies and tracking pixels to attribute referrals. Our tracking cookies remain active for 30 days from your initial click.
5.3 Redemption Terms: You may redeem earned points for various rewards including but not limited to free evaluation accounts at select firms.
5.4 Clawback Provision: If a proprietary trading firm reverses, refunds, or cancels a commission related to your referral, we reserve the right to recover the corresponding points amount. This may be deducted from your future earnings or requested as a repayment.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
- •Create fake or fraudulent accounts with proprietary trading firms
- •Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the referral tracking system
- •Use automated scripts, bots, or similar tools
- •Engage in any form of click fraud
- •Misrepresent BurnProps or our relationship with proprietary trading firms
- •Violate any terms of service of the proprietary trading firms
- •Engage in spamming or unsolicited promotional activities
- •Make false or misleading claims about trading, prop firms, or potential earnings
- •Use our Service for any illegal purpose
7. REFERRAL TRACKING AND ATTRIBUTION
7.1 We use industry-standard tracking methods including cookies and pixels to track referrals.
7.2 You acknowledge that technical issues, cookie deletion, ad blockers, or other factors may impact tracking accuracy.
7.3 Our tracking and attribution decisions are final and binding.
8. FTC DISCLOSURE COMPLIANCE
When promoting or discussing BurnProps or proprietary trading firms, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship with us in accordance with FTC guidelines. This includes disclosing that you may receive points for sign-ups through your recommendations.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA USE
Your use of our Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not store payment card information. Authentication is provided through third-party OAuth providers (Google, Discord, X).
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of our Service are owned by BurnProps LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11. TERMINATION
11.1 We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
11.2 Upon termination:
- •Your access to the Service will be disabled
- •Any pending points not yet redeemed may be forfeited
- •Any amounts owed due to clawback provisions remain due

12. DISCLAIMERS
12.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
12.2 We do not guarantee:
- •The availability or accuracy of points tracking
- •The actions or policies of proprietary trading firms
- •Any specific trading results or profits
- •Continuous or uninterrupted access to our Service
12.3 Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BURNPROPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BurnProps LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
15.3 You waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in a representative capacity.
16. MODIFICATIONS
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. GENERAL PROVISIONS
17.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BurnProps LLC.
17.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
17.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.
